WHAT:
In conjunction with the "Girl Power!" exhibit heralding the next 100 years of Girl Scouting, the Institute of Texan Cultures and Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas are teaming up to offer outdoor skills classes.
The day includes fire safety, camping skills, knot tying and outdoor games, in addition to informal tours of the Back 40 outdoor living history area.

(Regular hours are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday; noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.)
