Adult (13 plus)  $10 in advance*     $12 at the gate
Child (6-12)      $5 in advance*         $5 at the gate
Children 5 and under are FREE
Group sales  20 adult tickets in advance only for $8 each.

Advance tickets also available at HEB Stores, Ft. Sam Houston, Lackland AFB and Randolph AFB and the ITC museum store.

*There may be convenience fees for advance purchase at some locations and online.

Festival General Information

The First Aid Station is located on Flagpole Street (see map for location) and inside the Museum on the 1st Floor.
The Festival’s 6 stages, located throughout the grounds, feature all types of ethnic and cultural entertainment. Be on the look out for roving performers on the grounds.
Food and drinks are sold by coupon and Festival coins only. Coupons can be purchased for $1.00 each. Coins for $1.00 each at booths located throughout the grounds. Purchase of coupons with Visa, MasterCard or Discover is available at Booths 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12. See legend for locations.
ATMs are available by Gate 3 & 4 and Flagpole St.
The Festival does not provide refunds for unused coupons.
VIA Park & Ride bus stops are located on Cesar Chavez Blvd. Exit Gate 1 or 3.
We also recommend the use of B-cycle stations. There are B-cycle bike racks nearby, at HemisFair Park, Indianola at Chavez and Chavez at Alamo.
Members of the San Antonio Police Department and UTSA Police Department are on the grounds throughout the Festival. Please report any problem or emergency immediately to any officer in your area or at the Security Desk on the first floor of the Institute building.
Lost children will be taken to the lower level Security Desk. Identification tags for children are available at each of the entry gates.
Claim or report lost articles at the lower level Security Desk.
Portable toilets are located throughout the grounds. Restrooms are located inside of the Museum.
No pets are allowed on the Festival grounds, but service animals are welcome.
