As a stage sponsor, the potential to reach a diverse, cross segment of approximately 50-60,000 visitors will be enhanced by strategic placement of your company’s banners on the stage. Before and after the performances, emcees offer promotions through vignettes — snippets you provide about your company that are shared with the audiences. In addition, you will receive complimentary tickets, VIP passes to the Hospitality Tent and be listed as the stage sponsor in the Visitor Guide, which is distributed to all subscribers as well as to the visitors upon their arrival. Stage 1 celebrates the world of music and dance. This stage draws a diverse, cross-segment of the visitors to the Texas Folklife Festival. Stage 1 is one of the most popular stages featuring colorful dance troupes from around the world. There are many occasions during the three-day event when the seating area is filled to capacity and people stand nearby as the sights and sounds captivate them.

Stage 2 The Arbor Stage.............................. $7,000.00

Nestled under a beautiful grape arbor in the Back 40 where traditional Texas crafts are demonstrated, Stage 2 showcases traditional Texas music and activities of the Back 40. This intimate non-traditional stage brings visitors up close and allows for group participation. The comfortable, hillside seating gives visitors plenty of reasons to stay and enjoy the entertainment.

STAGE 3 RFR........................................... $10,000.00

Located in the hub of the Texas Folklife Festival, between the Institute of Texan Cultures Building and the Back 40, Stage 3 offers a wide variety of engaging ethnic dances and musical groups. Ranging from the exotic and popular Lebanese folk dancers to the high energy Fire on the Mountain Cloggers, Stage 3 draws the visitors in and mesmerizes them. This pulsating, high energy and very visible stage offers hillside seating where visitors can sit back and enjoy the show.

STAGE 4 RFR...........................................$10,000.00

Stage 4 located between the Institute of Texan Cultures building and the Back 40 provides a setting where visitors enjoy an informal, interactive relationship with the performers. It offers scheduled performances along with special games and activities throughout the three-day festivities. Ranging from the Luling Watermelon Thump Seed-Spitting Contest to Hawaiian Hula lessons to trick roping demonstrations, performing groups interact with the visitors and engage the audience as participants in the shows.

Stage 5...................................................... $10,000.00

Strategically located stage 5 attracts a diverse and dedicated crowd providing an ideal position for a company to gain visibility and name recognition with many of our visitors. This stage features music ranging from country, gospel, jazz, rock n roll to zydeco— and many other colorful performances and activities. As the Stage 5 sponsor your company’s brand will enjoy high visibility with strategically placed banners. And, before and after the performances, emcees offer promotions through vignettes — snippets you provide about your company that are shared with the audiences. We are happy to explore other promotional ideas you may have that would further promote your company’s product or service.

Stage 6 .......................................................$25,000.00 cash/ trade

Prominently positioned in front of the Institute of Texan Cultures and near the famous flying flags originally brought to Texas by the settlers, this is one of the most popular stages. A wide variety of entertainment, including pop, rock ‘n roll and traditional ethnic bands, is featured under the largest tented area on the grounds. With a dance floor and food and beverages close by it makes Stage 6 a perfect location and sure stop for visitors to join in the revelry or sit and enjoy the shows.
