As a sponsor of one of the integral components of the Festival operations listed below, your company will reach a targeted audience, which will positively affect your corporate image and imprint your company’s name with the visitors. In addition to strategically placed banners with your company name and logo, your company will receive complimentary tickets, VIP passes to the Hospitality Tent and be listed as the sponsor in the Visitor Guide, which is distributed to all visitors upon admission.
As a sponsor, you may also choose to have your staff serve as volunteers in these areas, which will avail face-to-face meetings with visitors, as well as provide valuable publicity for your company. We welcome the opportunity to discuss other promotions of your company’s products and services.

As more than 50- 60,000 visitors are welcomed to the Texas Folklife Festival, there are three entrances that are essential in having a lasting impression on the visitors. By sponsoring the entry gates, your company will be the visitor’s first impression as they arrive to enjoy one of San Antonio’s and Texas’ premier events, as well as the last impression upon their departure. In addition to the visitors, approximately 135,000 vehicles traveling daily on Interstate Highway 37 South will see your company name and logo at the entrance gates.
This sponsorship may be tailored to your marketing needs to include:
• Input on design of gate structures to prominently display your logo and corporate message.
• Product and/or coupon giveaways at the gate to entering or exiting visitors.
• If desired, an on-site booth will be provided for your company to offer product samples or simply have a larger presence on the 22-acre grounds and access to meet and greet visitors.
• Named recognition on sponsor tent.
• You may also provide 300 of your company’s t-shirts for our gate volunteers to wear at each entry point or we can print your corporate name on the Gate Volunteer Festival Shirts for an additional cost.

As a sponsor of the Texas Folklife Festival tickets, more than 50-60,000 visitors will see your company’s name and brand. This sponsorship includes placing your company’s name and logo on the more than 60,000 admission tickets and more than 2,000,000 food coupons that are sold to visitors throughout the three-day Festival. As visitors purchase tickets to spend across our 22 acres, your company name will be associated with one of Texas’ finest events. Take advantage of this highly visible vehicle for enhancing awareness of your company as well as name recognition. Become the ticket sponsor and reap the rewards of being a part of the Texas Folklife Festival family of fun.
Coupon Booths..............................................................................$3,000.00
Throughout the 22-acre grounds, there are 13 coupon booths located in seven prime locations, which will feature your company name and logo on each booth. Because the Texas Folklife Festival uses a coupon system all food and beverage items, all visitors, participants, volunteers and staff (approximately 60,000 people) will see your logo countless times as they navigate the Festival and continue to return to the coupon booths.
Information Station and Information Team................................$5,000.00
What’s happening, when and where? With over 60,000 visitors, the Information Station and roving Texas Folklife Festival spokespersons will be busy apprising visitors of the many scheduled activities, locations of stages, restrooms and countless, yet to be thought of questions.
A centrally located tent, featuring your company’s banner, will serve as the Information Station headquarters and at least five pairs of brightly outfitted volunteers armed with cellular phones and a fountain of facts on the Festival grounds.
