Give to the ITC

The UTSA Institute of Texan Cultures relies on the generosity of individuals, foundations and corporations to continue presenting world-class exhibits, protecting our collections, offering innovative educational programs and serving as a forum for multicultural understanding.

Our mission is to give voice to the experiences of people from across the globe who call Texas home, providing insight into the past, present, and future.  Contributions through planned giving or sponsorships assist us in carrying out this mission.

A team of professionals is poised to work with you to identify ways you can support our efforts. This team, led by our Advancement Office, works with museum staff, Advisory Council members, and volunteers to forge partnerships with corporate, civic, philanthropic, educational and other constituencies in support of ITC programs.

ITC Advocacy

The ITC is funded by a biennial legislative appropriation. With its statewide mandate to educate students on Texas and Texans, we appreciate any community support in carrying out that mission. In some cases, that support might be advocating on the institute’s behalf. If you would like to contact elected officials or local media regarding the Institute or have an institute representative provide an overview of the museum’s mission and status for your organization, please e-mail itcweb@utsa.edu for the latest news, developments, and opportunities.
