ITC OFFERS UTSA FOOTBALL GAME DAY PARKING

Season parking pass sold out

SAN ANTONIO – The Institute of Texan Cultures will continue to offer UTSA home football game-day parking spaces at $15. With the tremendous response to the inaugural Sept. 3 game, the museum’s stock of 230 season parking passes for the 2011 season has sold out.

A quantity of spaces will remain reserved exclusively for museum visitors and museum operations continue as normal on UTSA Football Saturdays. This will be the last weekend to visit “Football: The Exhibit,” which closes Sept. 13, to head to its next venue.

Gates open at 9 a.m. The Institute of Texan Cultures is located on the UTSA HemisFair Park Campus, 801 E. César E. Chávez Blvd. (formerly Durango Blvd.), a short walk from the Alamodome, UTSA’s home field. Regular hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Saturday; noon-5 p.m. Sunday. Museum admission is $8 for adults (ages 12-64); $7 for seniors (ages 65+); $6 for children (ages 3-11); free with membership, UTSA or Alamo Colleges identification.
