To Order
Please print and complete an order form. The completed form may be hand-delivered, faxed to 210-458-2219, or mailed to UTSA's Institute of Texan Cultures, Attn: Photograph Sales, 801 South Bowie Street, San Antonio, TX 78205.

Payment
We accept cash, personal check, corporate check, and credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover). Please do not mail cash. Checks may be written to UTSA's Institute of Texan Cultures. If the purchase is made on behalf of a tax-exempt organization, please provide a copy of the tax-exemption certificate.
Delivery
Please allow three weeks for delivery from the date of payment. Orders of 50 or more images and orders requiring mounting may take longer. Rush orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis for an additional $10 per image. A shipping fee equaling 5% of the total order will be assessed ($5 minimum). Orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
Considerations
* Standard enlargements will be borderless, full frame, and without captions. The actual photographic image, because of its specific proportions, may not completely fill the piece of paper.
* An Unprocessed Collections Fee of $2 will be assessed for each image ordered from the unprocessed portion of our collection.
* Sepia is available by request.
* All orders not picked up 6 months from shipping date will be discarded.
* Discounts are available to UTSA students, faculty, and staff, as well as 501(c)3 organizations.
Permissions
If you intend to publish or reproduce photographs from the ITC Library's collections in any manner, you must comply with our Permission to Publish agreement.
